Recognized Degree Awarding Institutes and Degree Programs – 2025
The Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Training has released the
official list of recognized Non-State Higher Education Institutes and Degree Programs for the year
2025.
This list contains all the private universities and degree courses in Sri Lanka that are officially recognized by the Minister in charge of Higher Education under Section 25A of the Universities Act No. 16 of 1978, up to 28th February 2025.
